Planning fees reflect the time, expertise, and care invested in designing an elevated, exceptional travel experience. Fees are customized based on the scope of your itinerary:

• Short trips (1–4 days): starting at $200

• Standard trips (5–9 days): starting at $350

• Extended or complex itineraries (10+ days): starting at $500

• Honeymoons & special occasions: starting at $500

Each itinerary includes up to two rounds of revisions within the original scope of travel. Significant changes to destinations, travel dates, or overall trip structure may require a revised proposal and may be subject to an additional fee, which will always be discussed and approved in advance.

Expedited planning for departures within a shortened timeframe may incur a rush fee.

Once an itinerary is finalized, additional changes, reworking of plans, or cancellations may be subject to additional service fees.

Planning fees are non-refundable and will be clearly outlined prior to the start of services. I will always review your custom quote with you in detail before any work begins.
